Wow, amazing work! 
I love the detail on the scales, every ridge, even a vein in the arm...awesome! The dragon itself is magnificent, great work on the pose and anatomy! The stormy background isn't quite as good. I know it's not the focus, but maybe practice making backgrounds and landscapes with markers and pencils; they're better for detail work, while landscapes and clouds tend to be more blurry and fuzzy. I normally use watercolor for backgrounds for that reason, but to each their own. Again, awesome work! Keep it up!
